Long Term Exchange Overseas Application Form

This is the Rotary International Long Term Youth Exchange Application Form. It is in pdf format that can be filled out electronically, then printed for signatures and forwarding to your country's Youth Exchange District Country Coordinator. This form is only to be completed after you have attended a District Interview and have been offered and accepted a destination country.

Guidelines for Host Families

This brochure explains all about hosting an exchange student. The families of students going out on exchange are expected to assist the program by hosting an inbound student either before, during or after their own family member's exchange experience. The parents of outbound students must commit to host for a total of 12 months over a 2 year period. If they are unable to fulfill this commitment themselves, they are to find suitable host families that meet our requirements.
