Guidelines for Host Families
This brochure explains all about hosting an exchange student. The families of students going out on exchange are expected to assist the program by hosting an inbound student either before, during or after their own family member's exchange experience.
Student Arrival Information (AYEP9)
This form is to be completed by the Club Counsellor as soon as possible after Inbound student arrival and returned to the student's District Counsellor.
Club Coordinator Training Pack
This document contains helpful information for the Club Coordinator and explains what is expected of the Club Coordinator and the Inbound student.
Country Coordinator Contact List for 2010-2011
A contact list with address, emails, and phone numbers for the District Country Coordinators representing each country.
Post Hosting Evaluation
This form is for the host family to complete after hosting an Inbound Exchange student. This information is particularly helpful to the Club counsellor and the District counsellor in assessing the success of a student's integration to their host family. Also known as Appendix L.
Child Protection Form
This form, the Prohibited Employment Child Protection Form (also known as Attachment 4) is to be completed as directed by District Committee, and retained by the Club Counsellor.
Request To Leave District
All Inbound students who intend to conduct travel out of District 9680 overnight must complete and submit this form to their District Counsellor prior to travel.
