Long Term Exchange Overseas Application Form

This is the Rotary International Long Term Youth Exchange Application Form. It is in pdf format that can be filled out electronically, then printed for signatures and forwarding to your country's Youth Exchange District Co-ordinator. This form is only to be completed after you have attended a District Interview and have been offered and accepted a destination country.

Preliminary Youth Exchange Application Form

This is the first 'port of call' for anyone wishing to apply for an outbound youth exchange experience. Fill out this form and post to the Youth Exchange District address prior to March 1 of each year. You will be advised of interview dates upon receipt of this form.

Guidelines for Host Families

This brochure explains all about hosting an exchange student. The families of students going out on exchange are expected to assist the program by hosting an inbound student either before, during or after their own family member's exchange experience.

Sample Questions To Ask Your Host Family

This is a list of suggested questions that should be asked by the exchange student within 48 hours of living with a new host family. It can be a fun exercise and once these questions are answered the student and the host family have a solid idea of house rules and family expectations.
